Once you’ve finished painting, your piece is handed over to our team for glazing and firing. The process usually takes around two to three weeks. During particularly busy periods, such as before New Year, the turnaround time may be slightly longer. We’ll let you know as soon as your piece is ready for collection. You can collect your finished piece at any time during our opening hours within the stated storage period. Our team will also explain how to care for your finished piece and how the glaze affects its durability and longevity. While most pieces are dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to help preserve the finish for as long as possible.
